Increase outreach and applications for the Innovation Fund from various city departments in order to attract more applicants and better convey the benefits in applying.
Solution
I created outreach material that is engaging and visually appealing. This material was used for outreach to city departments to drive Innovation Fund pilot projects.
Given the opportunity to refresh and relaunch the Innovation Fund at the City of West Hollywood, I redesigned outreach communication material and created a presentation to increase interested applications from various city departments.
I designed materials that are engaging and visually appealing with the use of color and fun infographics by simplifying the communication material previously being used.
